The 24 unit Senior's Apartments and Resource Centre for Saint Luke's Anglican Homes have been designed to meet the universal design standards for senior's accessibility and basic assisted living.

The building contains two stories on the north elevation and three stories on the south elevation with a building footprint of 900 m² and a total floor area of 2,700 m². LAT49 Architecture Inc. and it's previous corporate structures have undertaken projects for Saint Luke's Home for more that 30 years. The project is on budget at $5.6 million and will be completed by August 2015.
