Empire Theatres Studio 12

This 5,670 m² $12.5 million multiplex cinema represented the launch of new era movie houses in the province. As the name suggests, the project included 12 new theatres, with seating capacities ranging from 180 to almost 400. The individual theatres are state-of-the-art, with large format parabolic screens, Dolby surround-sound stadium style seating arrangements. A large concessions area and food court was incorporated into the three story lobby, that featured large format continuous running movie previews. Also included are party and special occasion rooms, meeting rooms, a games arcade and various other amenities.
