This building is the first North American Ford Dealership to meet the New Ford Lincoln Brand design requirements. At approximately 3,550 m², the New Cabot Ford Dealership is located on 5 acres of land on Kenmount Road. The original Dealership was demolished and the entire site developed. The environmental contamination was identified and removed. All new services were provided to connect to the existing municipal infrastructure.

The ‘state of the art’ modern dealership and service garage has a vehicular showroom and a 24 bay truck and car service area. There is a two storey parts department serviced by a freight elevator. The Second Floor consists of corporate offices, a staff lounge and kitchen facilities. Modern Service Garages and Work Bays are provided with computerized diagnostic systems. Acoustic panels and acoustic decking contribute to a comfortable working environment. This building is heated throughout with in-floor radiant heating which is fueled by waste oil.
